Welcome!

My name is Harmony—an accountant in the entertainment industry by day and a wellness enthusiast at heart. I’ve always loved moving my body, whether it’s walking, working out, or staying active in any way I can. I balance that with eating well; choosing foods that taste amazing, but also give me real, lasting energy.

Granola has always been a staple for me whether it’s with yogurt and fruit in the morning or as a go-to snack while hiking, traveling, or on long car rides. But I kept running into the same problem: most granolas are loaded with unnecessary sugars and preservatives so I decided to make my own!

I want to bring the health back into granola, to turn it into real fuel, not a guilty pleasure.
